ABX3 typed perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have garnered attention for their excellent optical properties, such as tunability of hue across the visible spectrum, high color purity, and high internal quantum yield (PLQY). These properties make them promising candidates for color conversion films in wide color gamut displays, including medical applications. However, the presence of lead, a hazardous substance regulated under the RoHS Directive, poses a significant challenge to their practical implementation. In this study, PeQDs films were developed by adding and dispersing TiO2 coated with a polymer as a scattering agent within the film. This approach successfully reduced the concentration of PeQDs in the films while maintaining high PLQY and achieving enhanced blue light absorption and luminescence intensity.
