Light illumination to Ag/ amorphous chalcogenide bilayer films leads to silver diffusion into the amorphous chalcogenide layer. So far, we revealed the silver diffusion kinetics in the depth direction by neutron reflectivity measurements. In the presentation, we report the results of neutron off-specular scattering of Ag 30 nm/ GeS2 200 nm films and discuss the changes of the in-plane structure by the silver photodiffusion.
