We have proposed an organic phototransistor (OPT) with a plasmonic organic solar cell (OSC) laminated on the gate electrode side. This transistor current is controlled by applying the output voltage of the organic solar cell caused by light irradiation to the gate, and we are attempting to increase the sensitivity by using surface plasmon resonance. In the previous article, we reported on a device using propagating surface plasmon resonance by grating coupling. In this article, we report on the fabrication and characteristic evaluation of a device using localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) observed in metal nanoparticles.
