Tin-halide perovskite is a representative candidate material to replace lead-halide perovskite as a light absorbing material in next generation solar cells with high efficiency. In this study, we investigated the crystal structure, microstructure, and physical properties of MASnI3 through high pressure and high temperature process in order to establish a guideline for material design. SEM images show that the high pressure and high temperature process causes reduction in grain size and grain agglomeration in comparison with Pristine. This is considered to have led to a decrease in electrical resistance and an enhancement of carrier transportation.
