Electrochemical doping mediated by a cross-linked organic superbase (2TBD-C10) cation derived from bicyclic-ring guanidine base (TBD) has been demonstrated as an effective methodology to induce the stable n-doped states of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) while modulating the electron density. Fluctuation of thermoelectric power factor in 2TBD-C10-cation-coordinated CNTs could be suppressed in high-temperature air and high-humid conditions.
