The correlated oxide Ca3Co4O9 and Bi2Sr2Co2Oy have a metallic resistivity and a high Seebeck coefficient at room temperature, and their low-layered samples are known as a transparent conducting oxide. It has also been shown that Bi-doped Ca3-xBixCo4O9 decreases electrical resistivity while maintaining high Seebeck coefficient. In this presentation, we measured the sheet resistance of low-layered Ca3-xBixCo4O9 and Bi2Sr2Co2Oy and we will discuss the performance as a transparent conducting oxide.
