In this study, we fabricated resistive switching devices using a graphene/sumanene/graphene multilayer structure and investigated the influence of the molecular multilayer structure formed by sumanene on the resistive switching characteristics and conduction pathways. Current–voltage measurements and statistical analysis performed on devices with 1, 2, and 3 sumanene layers revealed that the SET voltage remained nearly constant regardless of the number of layers, while the SET current density tended to increase with the number of layers.
