Understanding shear phenomena at the nanoscale is crucial for improving nanoimprint performance. In this study, we have applied molecular dynamics-based shear analysis to quantitatively evaluate molecular configurations such as voids and degree of orientations. By analyzing the relationship between molecular configurations and shear stress, we aim to investigate how molecular configurations influence nanoscale friction and uncover new insights into the nanoscale friction.
