Registration
This year's conference will be held in the form of oral and poster presentations. In addition, we will accept recorded presentations via the conference website, which was very popular last year. If there are not enough applications for posters, oral presentations will be organized. No real-time streaming will be available.
- Payment can be made after notification of acceptance or rejection.
- Please note that the advance discount price will not be applied if the payment is not confirmed by July 31.
- Invoices, receipts, and nameplates are available for download from the website.
Registration submission: April 1 (Mon) - July 30 (Tue)
Papers will be available on the conference website for registered participants from Tuesday, August 20.
The program booklet and other materials will be sent to those who have registered in advance from April 1 (Mon) to July 30 (Tue), and the materials will be sent to those who have registered on or after July 30 (Wed). If you register on or after July 31 (Wed), you can pick up the materials at the conference venue or they will be sent after the conference.The same fee will be charged for recorded speakers. (Prices include tax, JPY)

※1 The fee for each speaker will be charged regardless of the number of speakers.
※2 Overseas friendship societies (ASEE, KSEE, SEFI, AEESEAP, MSGCEE) are required to register as non-members belonging to JSEE and Kyushu Society of Engineering Education.
※3 No refunds will be made in case of cancellation of the recieption for personal reasons.
