This study examines a facilitation-based educational methodology derived from the Oishi Method, which aims to induce a state of psychological safety in participants through the activation of neurotransmitter secretion. By leveraging coaching techniques, the method facilitates both idea generation and consensus-building. Furthermore, this paper introduces a novel instructional approach that integrates dialogic strategies for interaction with unfamiliar individuals and systematic training for creative ideation.
