We are conducting training for workplace-selected individuals to develop leaders for new business creation teams aimed at solving social issues. In this presentation, we will report on the revisions made to further strengthen the ability to perceive social issues as 'personal matters,' including visiting sites to engage in dialogue with leaders and viewing VR content programs.
