Registration
This year's conference will be held in the form of oral and poster presentations. In addition, recorded presentations will be accepted via the conference website. If there are not enough applications for posters, oral presentations will be organized. No real-time streaming will be available. 《Considering the venue's characteristics, the poster session is scheduled for the second day of the conference (Thursday, September 3)》
- Payment can be made after notification of acceptance or rejection.
- Please note that the advance discount price will not be applied if the payment is not confirmed by July 30.
- Invoices, receipts, and nameplates are available for download from the website.
Registration submission: April 1 (Wed) - July 30 (Thu)
Papers will be available on the conference website from August 18 (Tue) for those who have pre-paid by July 29 (Tue), and the program booklet and other materials will be sent by August 18 (Tue). The same fee applies to speakers who will be speaking in a recorded session. (Prices include tax, JPY)

※1 The fee for each speaker will be charged regardless of the number of speakers.
※2 Overseas friendship societies (ASEE, KSEE, SEFI, AEESEAP, SEEM, MSGCEE) are required to register as non-members belonging to JSEE and Tokai Society of Engineering Education.
※3 No refunds will be made in case of cancellation of the recieption for personal reasons.
※4 The number of students and graduate students who participate in the program was significantly reduced in order to promote their participation.
