To All General Oral Presentation Speakers
For general oral presentations, speakers are requested to use their own PCs and operate them by themselves during their presentations.
The connection between the venue projector and your computer will be via HDMI. Depending on the model of your laptop computer, an adapter may be required. Please be sure to bring any necessary adapter with you. Preview rooms will be available, so please check the connection in advance.

Presentation time is 12 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion for each presentation. One bell will ring 2 minutes before the end of the presentation, that is, 10 minutes after the start; two bells will ring at the end of the presentation, that is, 12 minutes after the start; and three bells will ring at the end of the question-and-answer period, that is, 14 minutes after the start. One minute is allotted for speaker changeover. Speakers are requested to bring their own PCs and connect them to the projector by themselves. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the smooth progress of the sessions.

All screens have a 4:3 aspect ratio, and the projector settings are also fixed at 4:3. Therefore, presentation materials prepared in 4:3 format can be used most effectively. If your slides are prepared in 16:9 format, they will not be displayed over the entire screen; however, this should not cause any major problems.
