Call for Research Presentations for the “Young Researchers' Session”

With the aim of facilitating information exchange and research collaboration among young researchers, this conference offers students and individuals aged 35 or younger (born in 1991 or later) the opportunity to present posters on the same topics as the general oral presentations. The Organizing Committee will select outstanding poster presenters based on evaluations by judges appointed by the committee, and these presenters will be honored at the Young Researchers' Networking Event.

 

Poster Display: Wednesday, August 26, 2026, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Thursday, August 27, 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Presenters must display their posters at the designated location by 1:00 PM on the 26th.

Discussion Time:
Thursday, August 27, 2026, 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM, Aobayama New Campus, Commons Lounge

Selection: August 27, 2026 (Thu) – Outstanding presenters will be selected based on evaluations by judges appointed by the Conference Executive Committee.

Awards Ceremony: August 27, 2026 (Thu) – Announcement and presentation of the Outstanding Poster Award at the Young Researchers’ Exchange Meeting (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM).

To apply, please check the “Young Researchers’ Meeting” poster presentation option when submitting your general presentation application.

The deadline is the same as for general presentation submissions. It is not possible to submit a poster presentation only.

 

About the “International Poster Award”

International students and foreign researchers aged 35 or younger who are presenting at the “Young Researchers’ Meeting” and who have indicated a desire to be evaluated by the International Exchange Committee will be eligible for the “International Poster Award.” Outstanding presenters will be selected based on evaluations by members of the International Exchange Committee and judges appointed by the committee, and awards will be presented at the Young Researchers’ Exchange Meeting. Eligible participants must prepare their posters in English.

Awards: The International Poster Award winners will be announced and honored at the Young Researchers’ Exchange Meeting (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM) on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

The deadline is the same as for general presentation applications. You cannot apply for a poster presentation only.
