• Please use the trash bags provided in each venue for disposing of waste.

• Please take home any trash related to items you brought with you.

• During the conference, other groups will also be using the Academic Exchange　Hall. Please refrain from entering rooms not designated for the Society for Mathematical Biology. Additionally, please avoid loud conversations in the hallways.

   As this conference is a venue for academic discussions and to prevent the unintended dissemination of information, recording and filming within the conference venues are strictly prohibited. If you wish to make any discussions from the conference public, please consider contributing to the newsletter of the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology (JSMB). Please note that the conference organizers do not engage in or take responsibility for any information shared through other media or on social media.
