June 30, 2024 (Sunday) - Deadline for early registration. 

July 26, 2024 (Friday) - Deadline for submitting presentation applications and summaries.

August 31, 2024 (Saturday) - Deadline for online registration and payment of participation fees.*

*Please note that payment of the registration fee after August 31 will be accepted in cash only on the event day.

Please also note that the registration fee on the day of the event will be 20,000 yen for general attendees (members/non-members) and 15,000 yen for students (members/non-members).
