Mini-Symposium:

• The allotted time for each mini-symposium is 100 minutes per slot. The organizer will manage and facilitate the session. Even if you are only presenting at the mini-symposium, please register and submit your presentation through the regular registration site, regardless of whether you are a member or a non-member. Each presenter is expected to use their own computer for their presentation.

General Presentation:

• The presentation time is 20 minutes, including both the talk (15 minutes) and the Q&A session (5 minutes). Please adhere strictly to this schedule. Presenters are expected to use their own computers for their presentations.

  As a rule, the chairperson for each presentation should be the speaker of the previous presentation. The first speaker of each session should act as the chairperson for their own presentation.

Poster Presentation:

• The size of the poster boards in the poster venue is 81 cm wide and 172 cm high. Push pins will be provided at the venue to display the posters. The core time is from 10:30 to 12:00 on September 12. Poster presenters are requested to stand by their posters during this time. Posters can be displayed starting from September 11 and should be set up before the core time on September 12.
