■Location　:　 Convention Center, 3rd floor

1）For pre-registered attendees:.

　Please carry the participation certificate you downloaded and printed from the website. You will receive a printed program at the reception desk.

2) On-site attendees:

　Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk on the day of the event. You will receive a participation certificate, the program and a receipt.

 

Programs will be handed out at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Restaurants and convenience stores in the area are available.

We also accept orders for bento boxes. ※Please register by 1/17.

Smoking is not permitted in the building and the whole university campus area.

■Location: Convention Center, 3rd floor

　*We will not be able to accept valuables, so please carry any valuables with you.

　*On Tuesday, March 18, the cloakroom at the main venue will open until 18:15. If you attend the reception, please pick up your baggage by 18:15 and leave it at the cloakroom of the reception site (Senri Hankyu Hotel).

　We will not be able to keep your baggage for two days. Please pick up your baggage by the end of the cloakroom hours on each day.

*Chartered buses are available from the Convention Center to Senri Hankyu Hotel (only for those who have pre-registered for the reception).
