For presenters and chair persons

Chairpersons are requested to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and ask for the staff as soon as the previous session finishes.

The chairperson will be responsible for the progress of each session.

Presentation times are as follows
Symposium: Will be announced individually.
Best Presentation Award (BPA): 12 minutes for presentation, 6 minutes for questions
General oral presentation: 8 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for Q&A
1. Submission of BPA Slide Data:
For this conference, slide data must be uploaded via the conference website. The deadline for submitting presentation data is Tuesday, March 11, at 17:00. BPA presenters will be given priority in verifying their slide data over general oral presenters. Those who wish to verify their data should notify the reception desk on the 3rd floor of the venue.
2. Submission of General Oral Presentation Slide Data:
Slide data must be uploaded via the conference website. The deadline for submitting presentation data is Tuesday, March 11, at 17:00. A dedicated PC for slide data submission will be available at the reception desk on the 3rd floor of the venue. Presenters are required to check the functionality of their data at least one hour before the start of their session.
3. The slide data file name should be “abstract_presenter_name.ppt” or “abstract_presenter_name/ppptx.
4. Please bring a USB flash drive containing the presentation data as a backup in case the submitted slides cannot be used.
5. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation and take a seat at the front of the room.
6. The computers for presentations in the lecture rooms use the Windows version of PowerPoint.
7. You are expected to operate the PC on the podium yourself during your presentation.
Please include information on conflicts of interest (see form below) in your presentation slides. Please provide this information in either Japanese or English.
