＜演者略歴＞
日本体育大学体育学部卒業後、1993年よりNHK「おかあさんといっしょ」の第10代体操のお兄さんを12年間務める。2002年に有限会社エスアールシーカンパーを設立し、全国で親子体操や幼児の運動指導、指導者の育成を展開している。さらに2015年には、親子体操を研究課題に弘前大学大学院にて博士号（医学）を取得。
