大学スポーツ応援プログラム「シャカカチ BOON BOON PROJECT」のご紹介

予測困難で正解の見えにくいVUCA時代において、自ら課題を発見し、多様な関係者と協働しながら解決に向けて行動できる人材の育成が求められている。<br>大学スポーツの現場は、競技力向上に加え、学生が組織運営、合意形成、社会貢献に実践的に関わる機会を有しており、学生の主体性や課題解決力を育む重要な場となり得る。<br>本セミナーでは、三井住友銀行が展開する大学スポーツ応援プログラム「シャカカチ BOON BOON PROJECT」を題材に、資金支援に加え、企業・アスリート等との接点、社会的価値創造への接続、成果への説明責任、伴走支援を含む複合的な支援環境が、学生の成長にどのような可能性をもたらすのかを紹介する。分析には「GPS-Academic」を用い、プロジェクト実施後のデータを確認した。その結果、主体的に関与した学生ほど経験領域が高く、重点支援団体では課題設定、多様性受容、議論、計画・実行に関する経験がさらに高い水準を示した。<br>外部資源を学生の主体的な学びと実践につなげるには何が必要か、大学における学生支援・人材育成のあり方を考える機会としたい。
