北海道日本ハムファイターズにおける動作解析システムを用いた選手育成の取り組み（第２報）

近年，メジャーリーグベースボール（MLB）および日本プロ野球（NPB）において，動作解析システムを用いた選手サポートの需要が高まっている．しかし，そのアプローチは各団体の戦略によって多岐にわたり，身体運動を幾何学的に記述するキネマティクス（運動学），運動を生じさせる力に着目するキネティクス（運動力学），あるいはエネルギー消費や伝達効率を評価するエナジェティクス（エネルギー学）など，多様な観点からの取り組みが展開されている．北海道日本ハムファイターズでは，2024年シーズンより動作解析システムを本格導入し，科学的根拠に基づく選手育成システムを構築してきた．昨年度のランチョンセミナーでは，システム導入の背景とその初期運用事例について報告した．本年度は，2シーズンを通して蓄積された縦断的なデータに基づき，具体的運用から見えてきた選手の動作変容や現場へのフィードバック手法の進化について事例的に報告する。各団体で多様な解析手法が展開される中，得られたデータをいかに実戦現場へ還元させるかは共通の課題である．本発表を通して，現場へのフィードバックのあり方やサポート体制の構築について議論していきたい．
