公的データベースとして匿名医療保険等関連情報データベース（NDB）をはじめ、介護DB、DPC DB、小慢・難病DBなどが存在している。医療費適正化などの1次利用（政策利用）が重要なのは言わずもがなだが、医療DXの普及とともに二次利用の必要性もより高まっている。二次利用者の裾野を広げるどうすればいいか、また二次利用の成果の質を向上させるにはどうすればいいかを議論したい。
