Presenters must pre-register.
If registration and payment of the participation fee are not completed by the pre-registration deadline, you will be considered to have declined to present, and your presentation will be canceled.
＊ Lending membership to others is strictly prohibited.

How to register
The speaker of the presentation is necessary to register the meeting. Please login the following URL using your ID and Password when you created your account and make your registration.
The others will create an account at first and make a registration.
How to download the invoice and the receipt
After payment is completed, "Download Invoice" and "Download Receipt" options will appear under the "Registration Info" section of your “My Page”. Please download your invoice and receipt from the website, as we do not send them by mail.
Please note that we cannot issue separate invoices for the registration fee, tour (bus fare), and party participation fee. However, it is possible to issue the receipt in two separate sheets. (Please check here for instructions on how to split the receipt in Japanese.)
