[Introducing the "EMIA Series" for Carbon and Sulfur Analysis in Solids, and the "EMGA Series" for Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Analysis]
It is possible to perform quantitative analysis of carbon, sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen in various solid materials, including metals such as steel, ceramics, and electronic materials, with a measurement range from ppm to tens of percent (m/m). Our products are widely utilized for applications ranging from quality control to research and development.
In particular, we propose products specialized in "high-precision analysis" of powdered materials (such as carbides and other high-concentration carbon materials) commonly used in the cemented carbide industry.

We are exhibiting a BH analyzer for measuring magnetization characteristics.
It is ideal for obtaining hysteresis loops for both soft and hard magnetic materials.
The optional DC-biased magnetization measurement feature allows for the arbitrary setting of applied magnetic fields, enabling minor loop measurements and the evaluation of material properties under conditions simulating actual operating environments.

Dai-ichi Ceramo Co., Ltd.

Dai-ichi Ceramo Co., Ltd.

First Ceramo is a company that provides feedstocks for powder injection molding (MIM and CIM) based on powder metallurgy technology.
By applying this technology to materials for MEX (Material Extrusion) type 3D printers, we have developed filament-type 3D printing materials composed of metal or ceramic powders mixed with a polymer binder.

Features of First Ceramo’s Metal and Ceramic Filaments for MEX

  1. Similar to powder injection molding (MIM/CIM), dense metal and ceramic sintered parts can be produced through debinding and sintering after printing.
  2. Can be used with relatively low-cost filament-type 3D printers.
  3. Offers high flexibility in powder selection, supporting metals such as stainless steel, pure copper, and titanium alloys, as well as ceramics such as alumina and zirconia.
  4. Enables internal structure design in 3D printing, including honeycomb and gyroid structures.

At the exhibition space, we plan to display the filament materials along with printed and sintered parts, as well as conduct live printing demonstrations.
Please feel free to contact us regarding customized powder compositions to meet your specific requirements.
