Scope
"Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science 2025" will be held during the period from October 20th (Mon.) to October 22nd (Wed.), 2025, at Tsukuba International Congress Center. In the meeting, a variety of topics/sessions are planned, including ones organized by the subcommittees. Your participation in and contribution to the meeting are highly encouraged and welcome.
