Please complete the following if you would like to apply for childcare at JVSS 2025. Please read the following notes before applying. Once your application has been confirmed, you will receive detailed information on the use of the childcare service from the conference organizer. If there are no applications in advance, the nursery room will not be set up. If you would like to use the room, please contact us until August 21th.

 

(1)A nursery room will be set up at the conference venue, for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

(2) The childcare hours (opening hours) are open during JVSS 2025 meeting hours, without banquet. Detailed availability times will be announced after the program is finalized.

(3) Meals cannot be provided in the nursery. We therefore recommend that you go to lunch with your child during the lunch break. If your child needs to eat during childcare, please leave food in the nursery (your child's usual milk, box lunch and snacks, etc.).

(4) The cost of childcare is 1,000 JPY per 2 hours. If you cancel, please contact us at least 3 days before the day of use. If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee will be charged.

(5) Advance registration is required by August 21th. JVSS2025で託児サービスをご利用になる場合は、以下の項目にご記入ください。お申し込み前に以下の注意事項をお読みください。お申し込みが確認され次第、主催者より託児サービスの利用に関する詳細をご連絡いたします。8月21日までのお申し込みがゼロだった場合には、託児室自体を設置しません。ご利用をご希望の場合は、お早めにご連絡ください。

 

(1)JVSS2025では、学会託児室を設置します。利用年齢は6か月以上12歳までです。

(2)JVSS2025の開催時間に、託児室が利用できます。ただしバンケットの時間はご利用できません。詳細な利用可能時間はプログラム決定後に連絡します。

(3)アレルギーなどの問題で託児室では飲料を含めて食事は用意できないため、お昼はお子様を連れ出すか、あるいはお弁当やミルク、飲み物などをお預けください。

(4)利用価格は2時間1000円になります。キャンセルは3日前までにご連絡ください。それ以降にはキャンセル料金が発生します。
