For those who need a visa to enter Japan:

We will assist with your visa application by supplying the necessary documents*. Please download and complete the request form (docx file) and send back to the JVSS2025 secretariat at taikai2025@jvss.jp. After you complete the payment of the registration fee (except for invited speakers and members of the JVSS international affiliate societies) and we confirm the validity of your request, we will send you the documents via email. If you have an accompanying person(s), please submit separate requests for each.
