[1P19]Preparation of CuGaO2 thin films for photocatalysis using the spin-coating method

CuGaO2 thin films for photocatalytic applications were successfully fabricated via spin-coating by mixing Cu2O and GaO2H precursor sols at a specific molar ratio, followed by annealing at 270 °C. The film surface exhibited dot-like structures (~50 nm in diameter) with similar-sized voids, resulting in a porous morphology. Furthermore, their photocatalytic properties were significantly enhanced compared to Cu2O films.
