[2D08]Development of Spin detector for Hydrogen Atom Beam

To quantitatively verify the inverse Edelstein effect (IEE) on Rashba surfaces, this study developed a highly sensitive spin-polarized hydrogen (SPH) atom beam detector. By improving the hardware configuration of a REMPI-MCP system, we successfully captured clear hydrogen ion spectra and confirmed a strict linear relationship between hydrogen density and signal intensity. This establishes a robust quantitative foundation for future experiments, which will integrate a Stern-Gerlach magnet and a two-dimensional lens-equipped detector to directly observe scattered SPH and evaluate its contribution to the IEE
