[2E13【依頼講演】]Quantum transport in hexagonal boron nitride/bilayer graphene moiré superlattices

Here, we present the fabrication techniques and quantum transport properties of graphene/hBN moiré superlattices. Our results demonstrate that the stacking angle in van der Waals heterostructures dramatically modifies the electronic band structure and provides a powerful tuning parameter for band engineering.
