[3A05【依頼講演】]Development of NanoTerasu BL06U: beamline for micro- and nano-ARPES measurement

*Miho Kitamura1 (1. National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology (QST) (Japan))
The BL06U beamline at NanoTerasu is being commissioned for micro- and nano-focused angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). The designed energy resolution of ~60,000 at 65 eV has been achieved. The B-branch has started user operation as a micro-ARPES endstation with a sub-10 µm focused beam, while the A-branch is under construction for nano-ARPES. ARPES measurements with a 1 µm beam will be realized first, followed by the development of a ~100 nm high-flux focused beam using ultra-high-precision mirror optics. In this presentation, we report on the current commissioning status of the BL06U beamline.
