Guideline for Oral Presenters (The 45th Annual Meeting of The Laser Society of Japan)

【1. PC for your presentation】

  • Please present your talk using your own laptop PC.
  • You can connect the projector with HDMI connector only. In case your laptop is lack of this port, please prepare the HDMI converter adapter by yourself.
     

【2.Slide of presentation】

  • Please prepare slides at 16:9 or 4:3.

 
【3.Confirmation of your connection】

  • Please test the computer connection before the session starts.

  
【4.Time of presentation】

  • Please note that the presentation time includes the connecting.
  • The Bell will ring at the following timings.

Guideline for Poster Presenters (The 45th Annual Meeting of The Laser Society of Japan)
 
【Size of poster】

  • The size of the poster board is W90cm×H180 cm.
  • Please prepare the poster smaller than A0 (portrait) in size.

 
【Location and time】

  • Please prepare your poster display between 9:00 and 11:00 on the presentation day (January 21st, 22nd or 23rd).
  • Your program number is shown on the poster board. Please display your poster on a given board.
  • Posters will be displayed on the front and back of the poster board. When looking for a given poster board, check both sides of the poster board.

 
【Time of presentation】

  • Please be sure to give your presentation in front of your poster between 12:15 and 13:45 on the presentation day (January  21st, 22nd or 23rd).

【Removal of poster】

  • Please remove your poster by 4:00 pm after the poster session on the presentation day (January  21st, 22nd or 23rd).
  • Please note that if posters remain after 4pm on the presentation day, they will be removed and disposed of by the management office.
