Download Receipts and Participation Certificates (Issuance Deadline: March 31)
Invoices, receipts, and participation certificates for this event can be downloaded from the registration system until March 31.
This application system will switch to the September Fall Conference application system on April 1. Therefore, please ensure you download your invoices, receipts, and participation certificates by March 31.
Conference Participant Password (Valid Until: April 15)
The [Participant-Only Password] required to view the conference web proceedings is valid until April 15. After this date, it will change to the [Password for Individual Society Members]. Please check and download your materials promptly.
Request for Conference Feedback (Deadline: April 15)
To create an engaging conference, we kindly ask members to share any opinions or requests regarding this conference, no matter how minor. We would appreciate your feedback on any of the following items 1-4 (or just one) via the response form (no personal information required). We will utilize the opinions and requests received from you in the operation of future conferences.
1. Opinions, requests, or comments regarding conference operations in general
2. Opinions, requests, or comments regarding the “2026 Spring Conference” in general
3. Themes you would like to see covered in future “Invited Lectures” or “Planned Sessions”

本大会の「参加費請求書・領収書」および「参加証明書」は、参加申込システムより3月31日までダウンロード可能です。
本申込システムは4月1日より、次回秋季大会「資源・素材2026（福岡）」の申込システムへ切り替わります。
そのため、本大会の請求書・領収書・参加証明書の発行（ダウンロード）は、3月31日までにお手続きくださいますようお願いいたします。The “Participation Fee Invoice/Receipt” and “Certificate of Participation” for this conference can be downloaded from the registration system until March 31.

大会開催中、大会受付前スペースにおいて、企業展示ブース／賛助会員コーナー巡回スタンプラリーを実施しております。The 2026 Spring Tournament will be held at Chiba Institute of Technology starting today (March 5). We look forward to welcoming you.
During the tournament, a stamp rally will be held at the corporate exhibition booths and supporting member corner in the space in front of the tournament reception desk.
