Registration Procedure

To participate in this event, you must complete the online registration and payment process in advance. Please review the online registration procedure on the Registration Procedure page of this website.

*On-site registration will not be available.

Participation Fee

Early Payment (Early Bird Discount Price) Deadline: Until Wednesday, February 4, 2026
Regular Payment (Regular Price) Deadline: Until Saturday, March 7, 2026
*If payment is not completed by each respective deadline, the transaction will be invalidated.

※Notice for Non-Members of the Society

• The conference participation fee for non-members is a flat rate, regardless of whether you present a paper.
• If you join as an individual member of the Society when applying for this conference, the total cost is ¥11,000 (early bird conference fee) + ¥2,000 (Society membership fee) + ¥10,000 (membership fee for January-March (first quarter)) = ¥23,000, which is cheaper than participating under the non-member category.
• Non-members are encouraged to join at this opportunity. You can complete the procedure via our website's “Membership Guide”. *Please note: Our fiscal year runs from January to December. We do not confirm membership renewal annually. If you wish to withdraw from the association, you must submit a “Withdrawal” notice by the end of November of the current year.

※Participation Categories for Working Professionals

• Those employed by a company or organization and receiving salary income should apply under the “1. Full Member/Lifetime Member / 2. Non-Member (General)” category (working professional rate). Those not meeting this criteria should apply under the “3. Student Member / 4. Non-Member (Student)” category (student rate).

The following group networking events, held on the evening of the first day of the conference (March 5), are organized by each respective group. Therefore, registration and payment are separate. Payment Methods

You may choose from credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment.

※We cannot accept postal money orders or cash payments.

1. 1. Credit Card
      You can select and pay with a credit card when registering through the registration system (Confit).
      Credit card payments utilize GMO Payment Gateway's online payment processing service.
      ▼Only the following cards are accepted:
      MASTER Card／VISA Card／JCB Card／AMERICAN EXPRESS Card／DINERS Card
      *For credit card payments, additional authentication via 3D Secure (authentication service) may be required to prevent fraudulent use.
      Authentication methods vary by card issuer and may include:
      ① Entering an authentication code (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile phone
      ② Entering a pre-set password
      ③ Biometric authentication
      Please follow the on-screen instructions provided.
      
      
   2. Bank Transfer
      Bank transfer payment is available when selecting this option during registration via the Confit registration system.
      We utilize GMO Payment Gateway's online payment processing service.
      A unique “GMO Aozora Net Bank” account for each registrant will be issued, and payment details will be displayed. Please transfer funds to this designated account by the specified payment deadline (each registrant will have a different account number).
      
      
   3. Convenience Store Payment
      You can select convenience store payment during registration via the Confit system.
      An email containing your “Convenience Store Payment Reference Number” will be sent. Please pay at your nearest convenience store (we do not mail dedicated payment slips).
      ▼Only the following convenience stores are available:
      Seven-Eleven / Lawson / FamilyMart / Ministop / Sunkus / Circle K / Seicomart
      
      [Important Notice] Each convenience store payment slip has a payment deadline set for each application date. If this payment deadline passes, the payment slip (and its number) becomes invalid. Therefore, you must strictly adhere to both the payment deadline specified by each convenience store and the final payment deadline for this event when making your payment.

How to Issue Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and receipts can be issued until March 31, 2026.

Regarding Bringing Your Participation Certificate

Participation certificates will be available for download after February 5, 2026, once payment has been completed.

Disclosure and Cancellation Policy Pursuant to the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

Disclosures required under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act are published on our association's website.

• If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact the Resources and Materials Society Secretariat (info@mmij.or.jp) via email by Wednesday, February 4. We will refund your participation fee minus the applicable cancellation fee.
• Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after Thursday, February 5.
• Please note that if you fail to notify our secretariat of your cancellation via email and are absent on the day of the event, you will still be required to pay the participation fee.
