Various Information

●Bringing Your “Event Participation Certificate”

All participants must complete the “Registration and Payment Process” via the event website's “Registration System” by the day of the event. Please download and print your personal “Participation Certificate” in advance and bring it with you.

●Wearing Your “Name Tag”

Insert your “Name Tag” into the name tag holder and wear it around your neck at all times while inside the venue.

●Use of the Break Room

・Light meals are permitted in the break room (Room 622). Please take your trash with you whenever possible.

●Use of the Bookstore and Student Cafeteria (Open Weekdays Only)

Conference participants may also use the bookstore and student cafeteria within Chiba Institute of Technology.

・Student Cafeteria (Building 3, 1st Floor) Hours: 11:00 AM - 1:50 PM ※Closed on the final day, Saturday, March 7.

・Purchasing Department (Building 3, 2nd Floor) Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ※Closed on the final day, Saturday, March 7.

Additionally, there are many restaurants near Chiba Institute of Technology, so please feel free to use those as well.

●The entire campus is non-smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the university. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas outside the campus.
