Instructions for Poster Presentations

The official language of the symposium is English.

The poster venue will be the ”Small Hall” on the first floor of Kunibiki Messe.

A bulletin board (2.1m high, 1.2m wide) with your poster number will be provided. We recommend A0 size (1189mm high x 841mm wide) posters in portrait orientation.

Push pins will be provided to secure your poster.

Poster presenters must post their posters on the bulletin board by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 9th.

Poster presentations will be preceded by a 2-minute shotgun presentation on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 9th and the morning of Wednesday, September 10th. Please create a PDF of your shotgun presentation slide and submit it via the MMPE2025 Submission Website by Friday, August 22nd.

1. One-page slides in PDF format

2. No movies embedded in the PDF file

3. Landscape orientation

4. File size: up to 10MB

The moderator will control all slides from his laptop, so presenters will only be required to give their speeches.

Please cooperate in ensuring smooth transitions between presenters due to the tight time frame of the shotgun presentations.
