An icebreaker event is planned for the evening of October 7, 2026, at MORI NO KAZE, located on the Waseda Campus of Waseda University. The venue is approximately a 1–2 minute walk from the conference site.

Banquet

The conference banquet is planned to be held from 19:00 to 21:00 on October 8, 2026, at Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. The venue is approximately a 5–6 minute walk from the conference site.

Tour

We are not planning any official tours for this conference. However, a variety of English-guided tours operated by private companies are available in Tokyo. Participants who wish to join such tours are asked to make their own arrangements and participate at their own responsibility. The conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, or other issues arising from participation in independently arranged tours.
