For participants who require a visa to enter Japan, the Organizing Committee will issue Invitation Letters for visa application purposes.
Please note that Invitation Letters will be issued only to participants who have completed registration for PRUAC2026.
The application process for Invitation Letters will open on May 15, 2026.

Documents to Be Issued
Invitation letters will be issued in English. They will normally be sent by email in PDF format.

- An Invitation Letter is a supporting document for visa application and does not guarantee visa issuance.
- Visa requirements and application procedures may vary depending on nationality, passport type, and country/region of residence. Applicants are responsible for confirming the latest requirements with the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any visa decision made by the relevant authorities.
- Please allow sufficient time for processing. The preparation of the letter usually takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of a complete request.
