Call for Abstracts
General Rules for Abstract Submission:
- Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below. The submission deadline is
June 30, July 20, 2026. - There is no character limit for the abstract; approximately 200 words are recommended. Please make sure there is no mistake with the abstract since the text entered is going to be used for the conference web site and proceedings(CD and printed) as is.
- The abstract will be peer-reviewed, and the result will be announced early August so that you can complete registration before the early-bird registration deadline of August 31, 2026.
- Presentation may be given as oral or poster presentation. Please indicate your preference—oral, poster, or either—when submitting your abstract.
- Each person may submit up to two presentations.
The announcement of abstract acceptance
The announcement of abstract acceptance and presentation guideline (presentation date) shall be informed by email in the early August, 2026.
