Abstracts that were not submitted by the deadline may still be accepted under the following conditions:

• The work must demonstrate a high level of novelty.

• Presentations will generally be assigned as poster presentations. (Oral presentations may be considered depending on the content.)

• These presentations will not be eligible for awards.
