About the schedule for both conferences
ISWST2025 will be held from March 17 to 19, 2025, and the 75th Annual Meeting of the JWRS will be held from March 19 to 21, 2025. Please refer to Table 1 for the schedule.

*1 The poster session for ISWST2025 and JWRS annual meeting will be held at the same time and in the same venue. Please note this if you are presenting a poster.
*2 The banquet will be held jointly with the ISTST 2025 and JWRS annual meeting. Please be careful not to make duplicate applications by applying for either one of the conferences.
Registration and Registration Fees
If you are planning to attend both ISWST2025 and JWRS annual meeting, please register on the respective websites.
If you are attending ISWST2025, you can attend the JWRS annual meeting as auditor for free.
When registering for the JWRS annual meeting, please select “Auditing Only (0 yen)”. However, if you are giving an oral presentation as a speaker or a poster presentation as an exhibitor at the annual meeting, you will be charged a fee. Please refer to Table 2 for participation fees.

About the banquet application and banquet fee
The banquet will be held jointly with ISWST2025 on Wednesday, March 19th, from 18:00
To register for the banquet, if you applied to attend the banquet when you registered for ISWST2025, please select “I have already applied to attend the banquet at ISWST2025 [0 yen]” when you register for the JWRS annual meeting.
If you did not apply to attend the banquet at ISWST2025, you can also apply when you register for the JWRS annual meeting. Please be careful not to make duplicate applications.
