- Participation Registration (Early Registration): December 2, 2024 (Monday) at 12:00 noon – February 10, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 p.m.
- After 5:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025 (Monday), registrations will be considered on a non-reserved fees.

Presentation Submissions: December 2, 2024 (Monday) at 12:00 noon – January 7, 2025 (Tuesday) at 5:00 p.m.
- After the deadline, no new presentation submissions, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
- For Participants of ISWST2025, Attendees registered for ISWST2025, to be held from March 17–19, 2025, can attend this meeting for free. However, those attending only as listeners must complete the registration process in advance. Please note that if you plan to make a research presentation at this conference, a participation fee is required.
