  After completing your registration, please proceed with the payment on or after 1:00 p.m. (JST) on September 11.

• 近年、ポスター発表の件数が増加しており、ポスターセッションの時間内ではすべてのポスターを見られないとのご意見を頂戴しています。
  現在、ポスターセッションの時間に余裕を持たせるなどの対応を検討しておりますが、それとあわせて、今大会から、ポスターデータ（e-poster）をConfit上にアップロードし、大会への参加登録者限定で一定期間公開するシステムを導入いたします。
  ポスターデータのアップロードは任意ですが、できるだけ大会1週間前までのアップロードを推奨いたします。
  詳細な手順は、後日別途メールにてご案内いたしますので、必ずご確認いただけますようお願いします。

   

  In recent years, the number of poster presentations has increased, and we have received feedback that it is difficult for participants to view all the posters during the scheduled poster session.
  We are currently considering measures such as allowing more time for the poster session. In addition, starting with this year’s conference, we will introduce a new system that allows presenters to upload their poster files (e-posters) to Confit, where they will be available for a limited period exclusively to registered conference participants.
  Uploading your poster file is optional; however, we encourage you to do so at least one week before the conference.
  Detailed instructions for uploading your poster will be provided in a separate email at a later date. Please be sure to check the instructions when you receive them.
