How to make registration and payment
- Registrations must be completed online via this website.
- You will need to create an account to register. If you have already registered to give a presentation, you do not need to create a new account. Please keep your login ID and password secure; you are responsible for managing these credentials. For security reasons, we cannot provide any assistance regarding login IDs or passwords. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen to reset it.
- Early-bird registration fees can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. Please ensure that payment is made by the early-bird registration deadline.
- Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email—containing your registration number—will be sent to the email address you provided. A separate payment confirmation email will also be sent once your payment has been processed. These emails are typically sent within a few minutes; if you do not receive them, your registration or payment may not have been successfully completed. If you have already made a payment but your status is still shown as "unpaid," please contact the secretariat.
