Surface plasmon resonance plays a crucial role in various applications relying on the interaction between light and nanoscale materials. This optical phenomenon shows high dependency on the properties of the nanostructures, such as size, shape, and composition, making it possible to tune them to suit specific purposes. In this work, an ordered multispectral Au nanopillared chip was fabricated using a single stamp nanoimprinted cyclic olefin polymer (COP) substrate. The fabricated array shows a gradient optical response across lateral translation and polarization of the light source. This highly tunable plasmonic substrate allows for a wider range of applications spanning across the Vis-NIR spectrum on a single plasmonic substrate.
