Differences in the tendency to use information sources (e.g., reliance on mainstream media, combined use of diverse sources) are expected to influence opinions on nuclear power generation, the amount of information held, and risk perception. This study analyzes and examines how the tendency to use information sources impacts people’s opinion formation. The results reveal that factors influencing public opinion, such as knowledge and risk perception, vary depending on the tendency to use information sources.
