The behavior of Cs and I in the μ-particles containing Cs and I prepared in the experiment is discussed. Powders of SUS, ZrO2, and B were added in addition to CsI in the experiments. The composition of the produced μ-particles and the effect of water treatment were analyzed by SEM-EDS to study the behavior of Cs and I.
