[3B03]Construction of a new beamline using TCU tandem and investigation of PIXE/PIGE/IBIL analysis

In recent years, demand for highly sensitive elemental analysis techniques using accelerators has been increasing. To meet these needs, a new beamline capable of PIXE/PIGE/IBIL analysis using a TCU tandem was constructed in this study. In addition, the reliability of the new beamline was evaluated through analyses of soil standard samples and Eu compounds. The obtained results were in good agreement with the certified values of the standard samples, confirming the analytical reliability of the newly constructed beamline.
