IBIL analysis is an analytical method that measures the charged-particle-induced luminescence of a few eV that occurs during the transition from the excited state to the ground state. The charged-particle-induced luminescence was measured using a 1.7 MV Pelletron tandem accelerator to generate protons. In this study, the characteristics of IBIL analysis were investigated from the emission spectra of mixtures of rare earth elements with varying molar ratios.
